This is a high-intensity, full-time position that will report to the Director of Training. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching and exceptional people skills. The candidate will also be familiar and comfortable with technology, and a desire to develop new skills, in areas including: 3D printing, Arduino, and Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
The Associate Facilitator will work closely with the Director of Education and Programming to create unique training experiences that pull from Agile and Design Thinking frameworks. Working with various industries the team will help clients and organizations craft problem statements, develop strategic plans, and develop stronger team dynamics. An ideal candidate would have excellent people skills, attention to detail, and be willing to think creatively around problems. Facilitation days are not only built within design thinking frameworks but also based around technology and hands on problem solving.
