Chalice Challenge

We can’t think of a better way to deepen team connections than over a nice chalice of water (you thought we were going to say glass of wine, didn’t you?). Want to see where the cracks are in your team dynamics? Have your team build the chalice! Let it all spill out for them to see so they can walk away with new goals for improvement! Participants will learn to use welders, and other metal shop tools.

Iron Gondola
Themes: Project & Time Management, Teamwork, Strategy
In this humanitarian aide inspired challenge, your teams must work together using tools and newly learned skills to build metal carts and evacuate all of their members to safety. Time is of the essence though, so you must manage your time and work out a strategy if you want to complete the task. Participants will learn to use welders, and other metal shop tools.

Themes: Strategy, Teamwork, Communication
Want to forge a team stronger than any other? Your team dynamics will be put to the test, enhanced, and then honed with an exhilarating challenge of engineering and strategy. This is skeeball like you've never seen it before - yep, we're talking about catapults! Participants will learn to use welders and woodworking tools.

Not for the faint of heart, your teams will be balancing resource management and aerodynamics as they navigate Build Mo's twist on the classic egg drop. Be careful with your budget though - a second challenge might emerge just as time seems to be running out...

Our most popular training is perfect for organizations that are short on time but still looking to invest in building connections between their employees and strengthening team trust. The program includes a welding class followed by a team nameplate challenge. Tackling these unfamiliar tasks as a team helps individuals build confidence while improving team cohesion.
